Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.We are searching for detail-oriented people with technical and mechanical experience / aptitude and a strong work ethic who are looking for an opportunity to start a career that offers unlimited opportunities for growth and career progression.Pay Rate : $23.00 / hrRoles and Responsibilities : Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems.Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment is required in resolving nonstandard problems.Receives general instructions and reviews of job plans for all work.Duties : Operates, maintains, and performs minor upgrade projects on mechanical systems. This includes doing the monthly / quarterly / semi-annual / annual PMs and fixing any operational and maintenance issues that occur on the mechanical system.Required Skills : Knowledge of mechanical systems such as exhaust, chillers, boilers, air handlers, compressors, etc. Experience performing general industrial mechanical work including instrument calibrations.Written and verbal communication skillsOrganization and time management skillsAdhere to a stringent environmental compliance cultureWillingness to work a compressed workweek scheduleMinimum Qualifications : Candidate must be willing to : Work in clean room environments, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.Lift up to 30 lbs, pull 250 lbs at least once a day, and spend most of the time (greater than 90 less break time) on the floor working on tool sets, walking 3-5 miles a day, and / or standing / sitting for 9 hours.Perform job roles and responsibilities while wearing personal protective equipment PPE.Work from heights and climb ladders.Operate a PIT forklift, and pallet jack and spend a considerable part of your day working in a mobile environment.Preferred Qualifications : 1 to 3 years of experience in : Facilities preventative and corrective maintenance.Principal Service Solutions is an EEO / Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected statusPowered by JazzHR
