• The Compensation range for this position is approximately $145,000 - $170,000 based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for the Short Term Incentive (STI) program

This Controls Systems Architect will lead and help define the control’s hardware and software architecture and platforms for the future. This role in the engineering group serves as the interface between the development organization and the product roadmaps for Lennox’ Refrigeration, Commercial, and Residential control platforms.
