Routinely creates and / or leads teams in design, development and implementation of innovative and replicable solutions using modeling techniques, database tools, products / materials and / or programs. Makes recommendations for highly complex sales opportunities and solutions when leading large cross department project teams.

Essential Functions

Formulate and execute communication plans to receive and disseminate important information to Freight SalesWrite / edit communications through various channels, ensuring relevance, coherence, and impactEstablish communication channels and platforms that facilitate prompt, clear, and creative communication among team membersUtilize channel software / technology to deliver communications to salesMinimum Education

Bachelor-s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, mathematics, a quantitative discipline or related field.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years experience in design, development and / or implementing sales / customer solutions to complex business situations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Has advanced analytical skills with business software modeling techniques and database tools and approaches.

Ability to plan and work on multiple projects and produce high impact results.

Demonstrated ability to lead executive level projects.

Advanced interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide executive level presentations.

Preferred Qualifications :

Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, adaptable to different mediums and tones. Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of communication software / platforms and corresponding analytical tools.

Pay Transparency :

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay :

Memphis, TN Pay Range : $8,452.14 / month - $11,410.38 / month

Additional Details :
