JOB TITLE: Principal Subcontracts Specialist
LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ
PAY RATE: $67-76/hour

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.
Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Leads end-to-end FAR15 proposal and subcontract lifecycle from proposal through sales order fulfillment and negotiation of subcontracts or long-term purchase orders.
Executes FAR15 subcontracts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations.
Builds negotiation positions for contract execution.
Manages key program suppliers and supplier relationships.
Mentors and trains team members on FAR15 subcontracting.
Leads a commodity within the Mechanical Assembly Government Sourcing team.
Delivers compliant FAR15 packages to the Government.
Works closely with Pricing organization to deliver compliant packages.
Negotiates FAR15 compliant subcontracts with suppliers.
Builds supplier strategies to enable best overall value.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance.
Subcontracting experience with FAR15.
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS).
Experience managing subcontracts of types including FFP, CP, and CPIF.
Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD).
Experience utilizing MS Office Suite and SAP for subcontract management activities.
Experience working with subcontractors during all phases of the program lifecycle.
Experience with the DoD Procurement Life Cycle.
Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions.
