What You’ll Do
Innovate : Design and build web-based applications, APIs, and hybrid solutions to meet customer needs.
Collaborate : Partner with agile, cross-functional teams to develop industry-leading solutions.
Lead : Mentor junior and senior engineers, guide architectural designs, and deliver scalable, resilient systems.
Own the Process : Oversee the full SDLC—from research and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Drive Results : Use your expertise to create highly available, horizontally scalable systems that support rapid business growth.
What You Bring
Technical Expertise : 8+ years of hands-on, full-stack experience with technologies like .NET (C#), REST APIs, React, TypeScript, and MS SQL Server—or similar tech stacks with a willingness to learn.
Proven Leadership : 3+ years leading teams and delivering projects on time.
Advanced Skills : Experience in horizontally scalable system design, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), CI / CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
Cloud Savvy : Microsoft Azure experience is a plus.
