Job Responsibilities :
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (networking, security, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and vendors.
Facilitate regular updates, status reports, and meetings to keep all parties informed of progress, risks, and issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to teams working on data center infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data center solutions, including networking, storage, and compute infrastructure.
Ensure that all technical solutions meet the organization's security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and controlled.
Optimize resource allocation across projects, balancing the demands of various initiatives while maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.
Work with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and contracts related to data center hardware, software, and services.
Ensure all data center projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance policies.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to data center operations, security, and disaster recovery.
Implement process improvements and adopt new technologies to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of data center operations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data center management and assess their applicability to the organization's needs.
Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and performance.
Ensure service level contracts are in place with the OEMs
Coordinate logistics and project management activities based on consultations with stakeholders
