Department : Production

Reports to : Department Manager

Location : Rochester

Full-Time : Monday – Friday 11 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 30 a.m. or Monday - Friday 3 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 30 p.m.

Pay Schedule : Weekly Pay

Non-Exempt : Compensation starts at $38,440 - $52,000 yearly depending on experience

Position Summary

The Digital Transactional Mail Printing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality transactional mail pieces. This role involves managing the entire printing process, from receiving print files to final product inspection, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards and client specifications.

Work progress is monitored by the supervisor / manager. The incumbent follows precedents and procedures, may set priorities, and organizes work within general guidelines established by the supervisor / manager.

Not responsible for supervising others.
