As a Tax Manager at Hall CPA, you are responsible for delivering high quality advisory and tax returns, the happiness of the client, and mentoring and developing members on your team. We are looking for someone who has experience in managing clients and people, and can elevate everyone around them.

Salary + Bonus : Starting at $126,500
Areas of Responsibility
- Conduct final technical reviews of tax returns and documents for partnerships and high net worth individuals
- Consult on transactions, partner economics, tax distributions, and other events throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Evaluate the tax aspects of partnership agreements and ensure the client maintains compliance with Internal Revenue Code (IRC) 704b accounts
- Research complex tax issues and provide recommendations for resolution
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and procedures
- Assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of client engagements to meet all deadlines
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring their best interests are represented
- Assist in team development of technical skills and work quality, providing mentorship and training
- Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships by managing their expectations, being responsive to their communications / emails
- Recommend other firm services to the benefit of the client. Ex : bookkeeping services, tax advisory etc.
- Consult with clients and, when needed, resolve their complaints
