CLEARNew York, USThe Compensation & Equity Analyst will join CLEARs Total Rewards team to support the administration & management of CLEARs compensation program. You will be a key player in the day-to-day business operations by making recommendations on job offers, conducting salary analysis using market data & internal evaluations.
What you'll do :
- Partner with the People team to ensure compensation offers & practices are in line with CLEARs compensation philosophy
- Assist with the management of CLEARs equity platform (Fidelity) including updating monthly reporting, distribution of monthly grants, & vesting transactions
- Update reports that provide management with a view into people HR metrics & ensure the timely development & distribution of established periodic reports
- Partner with the Senior Compensation Manager to evaluate & analyze salary data & provide regular detailed reports on competitive analysis
- Assist with the maintenance of Workday Compensation Modules including : grade & grade profiles, employee salary information, monthly stock value updates, comp plan assignment auditsProvide analysis for quarterly / annual incentive plan budgets & reviewing company wide annual bonus plan, partnering with the Finance team for bonus accrual

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
