THE ROLE : The Private Client Advisor is responsible for driving the organic growth of TJH's Build and Build Plus services within the Private Client Group. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate interest and guide them through the entire sales process, from initial engagement to contract execution. The Advisor will actively market and promote TJH's Build solutions, achieve individual sales targets, and expand the referral network. This position requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the homebuilding process.

DAY IN THE LIFE :

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of a deal, from initial contact and proposal development through contract execution.
  • Proactively market and promote TJH's Build and Build Plus product offerings through engaging presentations and meetings with prospective private clients and key stakeholders, including private wealth firms, tax advisors, and real estate attorneys.
  • Creatively and effectively pitch the TJH BUILD brand and its unique value proposition.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and exceptional customer service to drive business development.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate tracking of key deal metrics, data points, upgrade requests, and relevant information.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house Transaction Managers to ensure the timely progression of deals towards successful closing.
  • Serve as a central point of contact, effectively managing and facilitating communication between clients, internal teams, and various stakeholders involved in each transaction.
  • Partner with BUY sales, Asset Specialists, and Marketing Specialists to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the open house schedule within Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with BUY sales team counterparts to ensure adequate coverage and support for Grand Openings and Open Houses to maximize sales opportunities for each asset.
  • Strategically leverage open houses to generate qualified leads for potential BUILD clients, working in collaboration with the Buy team.
  • Diligently collect leads from all showings and accurately input them into Salesforce to support the sale of TJH's comprehensive suite of products.
  • Proactively generate organic leads through strategic participation in community events, cultivation of industry relationships, and the development of innovative outreach strategies.
  • Host exclusive VIP events at completed homes to engage potential clients and key business partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and engagement activities within the Salesforce CRM system, adhering to internal procedures and processes.
  • Conduct informative on-site walk-throughs of completed homes with potential clients and stakeholders, showcasing the quality and features of TJH's Build products.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings focused on role-playing, sharing best practices, and discussing deal structuring strategies.
  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in real estate, sales, business, finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in Residential Construction preferred.
  • Real estate license required
  • Valid Driver's License
  • WHAT WILL SET YOU A PART :

  • Proven ability to apply outbound sales skills and techniques to effectively generate interest and guide clients through all stages of the sales process to a successful close.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • A solid understanding of homebuilding quality standards and construction requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, standards, requirements, and techniques necessary to evaluate and address client expectations for all TJH products and relevant governmental regulations.
