Candidate will report to both Partners and Associates on the Private Equity team and will be expected to perform the following functions :

Conduct research on companies in various industries and subsectors, financial analysis, strategy assessments, risk analysis, and other due diligence;

Perform valuation analyses and financial modeling including DCF, LBO, comparable company, and comparable transaction analyses;

Prepare written summaries, presentation materials, and investment memoranda for the investment team and investment committee;

Assist in the investment execution process including managing correspondence with industry experts, management teams, and investment partners;

Monitor existing portfolio investments and develop investment performance reports.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of Finance-related experience (e.g., investments, valuation, consulting, research, etc.) ❖ Strong research and analytical skills
• Highly motivated and proactive individual
• Good listening ability and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
