Role Overview :
As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our global transformation mission, our mobile applications, and the positive change we aim to create in the world. You will play a key role in crafting content that resonates with our target audience and positions our brand as a leader in driving innovation for social good. In addition, you will manage and grow our presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and building strong relationships with our community.

Responsibilities :
Content Strategy Development :
- Collaborate with the Department Head and key stakeholders to craft and implement a content strategy that supports SOULCHI's global transformation mission and mobile application goals.
- Conduct research to identify trends in social impact, technology, and mobile app development to keep content relevant and compelling.
- Define content themes and topics that align with our audience's values, interests, and the impact our app aims to create.

Equity-Based Compensation Opportunity :
As part of the SOULCHI team, you'll take part in our equity-based compensation model, aligning your success with the success of our business. After much research we have found the fairest equity model for a startup. We use the Slicing Pie model. First phase is equity-based only, which we are currently in. Equity calculations move dynamically based on your fair market rate and actual number of hours worked. In the second phase, which happens at the break-even point, the equity freezes at each member's current earned percentage and compensation switches to salary + benefits. Your equity percentage gets paid out annually as part of the profit sharing. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to own a piece of the future.
