We take a multidisciplinary approach incorporating Speech, Occupational, Physical, Music therapy with educational learning.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tutor to join our team and work with neurodivergent children. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Education and have experience or strong interest in working with children with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring tailored to each child's learning style and abilities.
- Use creative, multi-sensory teaching strategies to support academic, social, and emotional development.
- Track and report on student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and the Theracare team regarding student performance and strategies for continued growth.
