As a Process Quality Analyst, you will :

Background / Experience :

Process QA / Change QA

More like a risk role, not a technical QA

Change Management and Release Management will be more important than quality assurance

Potentially a Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master

Potentially Big 4 background

Process Assurance-type skills

Operational

Must-Haves : Excel

Strong communication skills both written and oral

Extremely detail oriented

Change management

Release management

Quality assurance (but not software testing)

Testing, process testing

Risk assurance, quality assurance

Background within processes and procedures

Day-to-Day :

• In the COO Risk and Compliance org
• Day-to-day QA working directly with practitioners to remediate QA issues and QA failures so that they can deploy their change on time
• This group has an offshore team that performs most functions, but they need onshore roles resources to be available in onshore time zones
• QA on all change that happens across the business
• In the weeds, reviewing change evidence
