  • Coaching & Development : Mentor and train employees in continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of problem-solving and innovation.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Use data analytics and performance metrics to drive improvements, track progress, and validate outcomes.
  • Change Management : Lead change management efforts to ensure the smooth adoption of continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Maintain comprehensive records of improvement projects, providing regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Experience in commissioning and installing production lines or equipment in food manufacturing or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards, such as FDA, HACCP, GMP, or food safety regulations.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Knowledge of automation systems, control systems, or SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is a plus.
