These ranges reflect what BNSF Railway reasonably expects to pay for this position based on the roles level scope and responsibilities. Final compensation and position level will be determined by factors such as job-related skills experience and relevant education or addition to base pay and bonus eligibility BNSF offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Training for this position includes on-the-job training and system-specific onboarding.
Key responsibilities may include :
Oversee and support the daily operation of our Talent Acquisition (TA) technology stack including Phenom SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Indeed) and other recruiting tools.
Provide Tier 2 support for TA systems by troubleshooting issues managing user permissions conducting release testing and maintaining process documentation and templates.
Lead and support the evaluation implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies (ATS CRM sourcing platforms) by managing full project lifecyclesidentifying business needs assessing solutions defining requirements developing and managing project plans coordinating stakeholders facilitating user acceptance testing and delivering training and post-launch support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
Assist in evaluating and implementing AI and automation tools that align with business objectives and standards enhancing outcomes increasing operational efficiency and improving user experiences
Serve as the recruiting data subject matter expert and reporting lead.
Design and deliver dashboards KPIs and reports to uncover trends and drive process improvements while conducting regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with legal and company standards.
Evaluate design build and implement recruiting processes to reduce friction - improving operational efficiency and candidate / recruiter experiences (e.g. templates workflows automation)
Partner with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding HR Business Partners HRIS Technology and Workforce Planningto deliver integrated systems and processes that enable seamless execution and promote operational cohesion across the enterprise.
Daily work is conducted in an indoor office environment.

Basic Qualifications :
- Able to work now and in the future without BNSFs assistance (whether monetary through sponsorship or otherwise) in obtaining maintaining or extending employment authorization (including H-1B STEM OPT / CPT or TN nonimmigrant status)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting talent acquisition systems or HR technologies
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience in system troubleshooting user support and maintaining process documentation
- Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data identify trends and support data-driven decision-making in fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas pivot tables look-ups visualizations
- Strong ability to spot opportunities and deliver impactful process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
