The Processor is responsible for performing the verification process in a timely manner in accordance with departmental procedures or as directed by Processing Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Follow verification procedures for the verification of each client’s submissions in a timely manner with brokers based on each broker’s specific verification method.
Proactively use the company’s phone system to make calls to brokers in addition to other verifications methods i.e., website, emails to get successful verification completed.
Follow operational procedures as to the sequencing of verification choices and / or priorities as directed by Processing Manager.
Routine and timely submission of successful verification being converted to “ready for approval status”.
Meet or exceed all weekly departmental goals and / or seek support / additional training as required via Processing Manager.
Understand and keep current on the latest procedures for our department and company.
Crosstrain and assist other teams as needed.

Qualifications, Education & Special Requirements :
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Industry knowledge of load delivery documentation, transportation and / or factoring is advantageous.
Highly skilled in computer, electronic communication, and technology proficiencies with the ability to quickly learn new software, applications, and systems.
Strong knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets), Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to learn quickly and accurately apply knowledge gained.
