Job Title : Loan Processor (Mortgages)
Location : Hybrid - Charlotte, NC 28202 (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Duration : 12-Month Assignment
Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (or 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM); two late days (until 7 : 00 PM) at month-end
Pay Rate : $ 17.28 / hr

Job Responsibilities :
- Loan Document Processing : Ensure mortgage loan documentation and lien perfection comply with bank policies, delivering accurate and timely work.
- Review & Research : Assess loan documents for accuracy, ensure timely delivery, and eliminate any potential rework through thorough research.
- Collaboration : Work alongside Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, legal teams, and other internal support units to ensure smooth loan transactions.
- File Management : Design and maintain an organized filing system to assist with financial bookings and loan funding.
- Documentation Management : Process, scan, and track loan documentation, ensuring accurate access control.
- Archiving & Inventory : Archive outdated files in accordance with retention standards and maintain an updated inventory of loan documentation.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Details : $17.28 per hour
