Job Title : CapEx Procurement Manager
Location : Virginia Beach, VA
Compensation : 100k-135k
Summary :
Our client, a leading building materials company, is seeking a Capital Projects Procurement Manager. This role involves planning and executing strategic sourcing for capital projects and national agreements. Key responsibilities include optimizing costs, quality, and delivery timelines, and negotiating contracts with stakeholders like Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance. Essential skills include strong negotiation, project management, and effective collaboration.
Qualifications :
- Must have minimum of 10 years of experience in capital sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a capital-intensive industry.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Experience in sourcing and executing large capital projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost and risk analysis.
- Experience with SAP (S4 / HANA) and Tableau / DOMO analytics interfaces.
