Procurement clerk Jobs in Las Vegas, NV

Walker Elliott has partnered with its client to source for a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for leading inventory planning and replenishment of finished goods and production materials at contract packers and intercompany facilities. This hands-on role ensures an efficient, uninterrupted supply chain that supports production operations and customer fulfillment.

Major Duties :

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery standards for third-party packaged goods and materials.
• Oversee the purchase order and replenishment process, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and receipts for contract packers and packaging materials.
• Support planning and purchasing for OEM operations and production facilities.
• Monitor and expedite orders to achieve on-time delivery and quality compliance.
• Develop and maintain contract management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales and Distribution teams to align forecasts with order quantities and timing.
• Manage and track budget performance, including PPV (Purchase Price Variance) accountability.
• Analyze material usage, costs, and implement strategies for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for offsite storage and intercompany locations.
• Partner with production and planning teams to ensure consistent supply to co-packer facilities.
• Participate in the evaluation and development of new raw material specifications.
• Identify and resolve supply chain or procurement challenges with effective, data-driven solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
