Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote). Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP / MRP systems. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred : Experience in the Audio Visual industry. Location : In-office position at 8399 E Hartford Dr, Scottsdale, AZ. Work Environment : Fast-paced and collaborative team setting. Physical Demands : Ability to sit / stand for extended periods. Travel Requirements : Not applicable.

About the Role
As a Purchasing Buyer , you will play a critical role in supporting both internal and external teams by ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality equipment. Your ability to analyze, organize, and execute purchasing activities with accuracy and efficiency will directly contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically coordinate purchasing activities and process purchase requisitions with speed and accuracy.
- Utilize MRP / ERP systems to assess demand and determine purchasing needs.
- Continuously track supplier performance, market trends, and lead times to optimize procurement strategies.
- Communicate real-time delivery updates to the Project Management Team, proactively addressing potential delays.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of procurement operations.
