We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support our team in the Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Denver, Indianapolis or Minneapolis office. All Taft employees operate under a "Client First" philosophy - in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the execution of the firm's strategic procurement plan
- Maintain timely and accurate organization of firm-wide contracts utilizing contract lifecycle management software
- Leading the process for moving from paper to electronic for all vendors
- Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
- Assist with contract review and negotiation in alignment with in-house counsel
- Assist in firm-wide travel program including research and reporting
- Assist in commercial insurance compliance
