Large manufacturing company is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Manage budget of $100M+ for indirect spending
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop, execute, and maintain spending strategies.
- Evaluates and selects suppliers for quality, service, cost, and capability.
- Maintains competitive pricing and service model
- Sources and negotiates supplier agreements.
- Manages supplier relationships including risk management, ongoing value improvement, KPI measurement, business reviews, and contract administration.
- Identify opportunities for ways to reduce cost, improve service, and improve value.
- Performs various reporting and spend analysis to support business goals, including cost savings, cost avoidance, and cost increases.
- Improving procure-to-pay process and systems as well as P-card implementation.
- Oversees day to day requisition and purchase order activities.
Requirements :
Strong preference for local candidates. Relocation may be considered for stellar candidates on a case by case basis.
