What does a Manager, Procurement Systems do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Develop and implement the internal strategic roadmap for Procurement systems. Have technical expertise in source to pay technology and processes to guide project teams to build world-class solutions to address complex business challenges. This role will gather technical requirements, build dynamic solution designs, manage product feature requests, and assist in the implementation, testing and adoption of product feature enhancements. In this high impact and high visibility role, you will interact with all levels of the organization, establishing key partnerships across Global Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Technology and Strategy organizations with Swire, our supplier and business partners. You will also partner closely with Procurement's Director to assess the training needs of end users, develop / enhance training materials, and deliver effective training programs. The successful candidate must work well in a team environment while being a collaborative, resourceful and independent self-starter able to work effectively with minimal direction. This role reports to the Director of Procurement.
