Core Skills : Strong analytical and math skills for data analysis, cost evaluation, and forecasting. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Key Competencies : Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven experience managing inventory, forecasting demand, and developing Work Ethic : Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Willingness to engage with warehouse and production teams to ensure effective role performance. Daily in-office presence required for real-time Certifications : APICS CPIM or CPSM certification is a plus. Additional Skills : Experience with demand planning, creating dashboards, and statistical tools for supply chain risk assessment. Knowledge of supplier compliance audits and quality assurance processes. Industry Knowledge : Experience in food, spices, or meat manufacturing industries is preferred.
