The Role
Quint is seeking a Hotel Procurement Specialist to join our growing Rooms Division Team. This role is
responsible for sourcing / brokering hotel guestroom blocks and contract execution for our event
programs. You are passionate about understanding what the client / event needs for hotel guestroom
blocks, negotiating strategically, and contract execution skills. You understand relationships and work with
a team to support events seamlessly and simultaneously from beginning to end. You are detail oriented
and forward thinking.
Responsibilities
Hotel Procurement
- Research destinations to identify hotel options for maximum value and effectiveness.
- Develop and distribute hotel RFP's for group blocks as needed for assigned event portfolio.
- Review proposals and prepare hotel pricing report for internal event stakeholders.
- Negotiate hotel contracts with a focus on getting the best rate and terms, maximizing savings, and minimizing liabilities.
- Work with hotel partners to prepare and present approved contracts for processing.
