Service Department Procurement Specialist :
Lakewood, CO (On-Site Monday - Friday); No Hybrid, No Remote
No Relocation Assistance for this Role
The Service Department supports our customers in their after-sales service and spare parts needs.
Job Description –
Manages his / her duties independently but reports to the Service Department Manager. The job duties consist of, but are not limited to :
- Receiving requests and demands from our customers.
- Finding suppliers to meet the specific needs for our customers.
- Sending requests for quotations (RFQs) to our suppliers.
- Sending quotations to customers.
- Placing purchase orders to suppliers and establishing specifications.
- Following supplier progress with orders and updating customers on progress.
- Following and managing the Service Department budget.
- Managing customer relations and satisfaction.
- Tracking shipments.
- Invoicing customers.
- Tracking / managing payments from customers and payments to suppliers.
