Primary Responsibilities :
- Keep products in your portfolio operating at peak performance by monitoring KPIs and recommending improvements.
- Innovate on your products to improve user experience and drive down costs.
- Develop and rally your team members around a shared vision and product strategy.
- Contribute to and execute yearly roadmaps.
- Own the product lifecycle.
- Present regularly to stakeholders in upper management.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure product opportunities are valuable to customers, viable for the business, easy to use, and technically feasible.
- Write clear and concise product documents to get buy-in and receive investment to build.
- Build and maintain relationships across Vivint at various levels from PM to Executive level.
- Identify opportunities for customer testing and drive execution while measuring and reporting results.
- Partner with the Marketing team to prepare business cases, operations, sales, supply chain, and support product channels for launch.
- Pursue product and industry knowledge, identify trends and opportunities, and become a subject matter expert on designated products.
