We're seeking experienced Product Design Leaders to oversee pillar-wide initiatives for a variety of areas at Figma. In this role, you'll tackle big strategic challenges, from building new products to evolving and scaling existing ones-all while empowering your teams to deliver ambitious, high-quality work. The work you'll do will redefine Figma's product suite, core audiences, and future as a business, solving problems across our product portfolio.

As a Product Design Director at Figma, you'll lead a team of world-class designers, with the opportunity to expand this group as the scope and impact of our work grows. In this deeply cross-functional role, you'll collaborate with product management, engineering, research, marketing, and other teams to shape both product and business strategy in our next chapter.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma :

• Lead and grow a high-performing design team to tackle cross-product challenges.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads to align on strategy, improve processes, and ensure successful execution.
• Develop a clear vision for how Figma's products interact and advocate for this vision across the organization.
• Enhance design practices within the team through processes like critiques and design sprints, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Advance Figma's design systems to support seamless user experiences across all products.

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Annual Base Salary Range (SF / NY Hub) :

250,000-$338,000 USD
