You will lead the entire product life cycle, acting as the voice of the customer and focusing on creating profitable products that deliver value to our clients. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of product launch strategies, you will guide the successful introduction of products, collect vital feedback, and ensure superior client experiences. This role is an integral part of JPMorganChase’s primary digital platform for commercial banking.Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers and aligns with company goalsManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityOversee day-to-day product management such as requirements gathering and definition, project management, product delivery, client experience and communication, as well as prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmaps, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.Lead all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field.Partner with broad range of stakeholders across Structuring, Sales, QR, UX, Marketing, Legal and Technology to deliver business results through strategic capability builds;Analyze industry trends and the competitor landscape to deliver better products.Demonstrates a hands-on approach, willing to dive into details and collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsNavigates and thrives in ambiguous environments, using strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive clarity and directionRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementDemonstrable experience in building scalable platform servicesAbility to work under pressure, manage deadlines and / or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements;Having an aptitude for translating complex business needs into technical requirements and ability to pick up new domains of knowledge and quickly become an expertUnderstanding and experience of working within an agile framework – scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinementDemonstrable experience of client centric design practicesConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMasters and 5 years of experience in product managementDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationFEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT : This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
