Land Development Project Engineer

We have a career opportunity for a civil site / land development engineer with a proven track record of successfully producing for a broad range of projects. In this role, you will perform in the planning and design of civil site / land development projects, as well as play an important role in building client relationships. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the civil site / land development group.

Location

This position will have a hybrid work schedule and, when in the office, will work from our Glastonbury, CT office.

The Impact You Will Have

• Produce multiple, concurrent civil site / land development projects for municipal, public, and private clients.
• Ensure the development of high-quality engineering documents.
• Adhere to all internal procedures for quality control, documentation, and project tracking.
• Contribute to other project work as a technical specialist or advisor, as needed.
• Mentor junior staff
