BlueHive is revolutionizing the occupational health industry by providing HR professionals and occupational health providers with the fastest, easiest-to-use platform for scheduling pre-employment drug screenings and managing OSHA / DOT compliance. Our cutting-edge technology connects employers and providers, streamlines compliance processes, and ensures a seamless user experience.
We’re looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and play a critical role in executing our 90-day Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact the growth of a dynamic, disruptive platform while earning competitive pay and working in an innovative, high-energy environment.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of BlueHive within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be onboarding occupational health providers and employers onto our platform, helping them streamline operations, increase compliance, and experience the value of BlueHive.
You’ll identify leads, build relationships, and guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they become enthusiastic users and advocates of BlueHive.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management :
Own a designated geographic territory, developing a strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
Identify and target potential providers and employers within your region.
Sales and Onboarding :
Engage with occupational health providers to showcase the benefits of joining BlueHive’s directory and platform.
Educate employers on how BlueHive can streamline their drug screening and compliance workflows.
Guide both providers and employers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Relationship Building :
Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR professionals, compliance officers, and providers.
Act as a trusted advisor to address pain points and deliver solutions.
Goal Achievement :
Meet or exceed sales and onboarding targets for both providers and employers within your territory.
Create “super fans” by delivering exceptional service and fostering loyalty to the BlueHive platform.
Feedback and Reporting :
Provide insights to the leadership team on market trends, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track progress and opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and compellingly.
Self-starter mentality with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate software solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Hunter” mentality as opposed to a “farmer” mentality. We need hunters!!
