Job Summary

Director, TripSource Customer Success (Remote) - Full-time, United States, Costa Rica, Spain, UK, Netherlands, Poland

Job Responsibility

  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for feature enhancements or improvements.
  • Develop success plans and strategies tailored to the client's business objectives and platform goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their success with TripSource.
  • Address client questions, resolve challenges, and provide timely updates to ensure client readiness for going live.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams during the pre-sales phase to provide platform expertise and ensure alignment between client requirements and TripSource capabilities.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering client-facing demonstrations and presentations to showcase TripSource functionality.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles, preferably in corporate travel.
  • Prior experience with corporate online booking tools.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving client success and satisfaction.
  • Results-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
