The Impact Youll Make in this Role

As a Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Implementing and overseeing change management as it relates to product design changes for quality improvement, supply changes, regulatory requirements, and cost reduction
• Leading resolution of product quality issues including implementation of future preventions
• Utilizing available resources and experts to create impactful design changes to existing products in order to maximize customer satisfaction and promote business success
• Participating on divisional New Product Introduction (NPI) teams and identifying, developing, and commercializing new opportunities for our Building and Construction Platform
• Creating intellectual property to grow and protect new proprietary technology products and platforms

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
