Responsibilities :

• Identify, research, and prioritize opportunities to optimize product performance to achieve revenue / profitability goals, reduce costs, and increase customer engagement
• Develop business / functional requirements, platform interactions, success criteria and project phasing in conjunction with internal stakeholders
• Customer-centric thinker, who can gather and analyze data to make product recommendations for business cases, understands how customers use our products, and identifies creative ways to test ideas
• Understanding of key priorities and ability to meet deadlines
• Share verbally and in writing how new features work
