Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping the future of medication management technology? Omnicell is seeking a customer-centric, dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to spearhead the strategy and execution of our innovative Point of Care Portfolio. In this role, you thrive in turning ambiguity into a clear and actionable strategy, leading your team to execute with precision and impact. You excel at engaging with colleagues across all levels and functions of the organization, inspiring and aligning them with your vision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage product management team developing new Point of Care solutions
- Drive the strategy, definition, and execution of the product roadmap for new integrated hardware / software products
- Ensure timely execution of the product release plan in collaboration with program management.
- Develop and present executive-level presentations describing the product vision, strategy, and client needs.
- Build effective relationships with internal teams such as engineering, design, QA, sales, implementation, and supply chain.
- Communicate a high-level client value-based vision for the product and manage detailed execution plans.
- Gather and understand customer feedback on existing and developing products, conducting effective interviews to deliver the right solutions
- Help teams remove obstacles and prioritize goals and milestones for successful product delivery.
