What you will do :
Credit Karma is seeking a Director of Product with expertise in Data Science to lead the development and execution of data science initiatives to solve business problems that will have an impact on 140M+ members. This role will bridge the gap between data science and business, driving innovation and delivering insights that enhance user experiences and business outcomes. You will oversee a team of product managers and work closely with other stakeholders like data science, marketing and data engineers to create scalable solutions that align with Credit Karma's mission.
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap for data science initiatives based on data driven insights
- Identify opportunities where advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning can solve business challenges or improve user experiences
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders across marketing, product and data science to align data science strategies with company goals

It's all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $331,233 to $358,738, plus equity and benefits.
