Are you a forward-thinking product manager with a passion for leveraging the potential of Generative AI (GenAI) to drive strategic innovation? We're seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technology Lead to shape transformative initiatives in this rapidly evolving field. This role is pivotal in influencing business outcomes, driving operational excellence, and integrating cutting-edge GenAI advancements into impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Product Leadership
Lead initiatives by providing deep expertise in GenAI product management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams, allocate resources, and develop schedules to meet critical deadlines while fostering collaboration.
Identify, assess, and address risks, ensuring adherence to control standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Analyze complex challenges and propose creative, data-driven solutions that advance business goals and operational efficiency.
Engage stakeholders at all levels, using diplomacy and strong communication skills to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
Recommend and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and evolving business needs.
Coach and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and supporting career growth within the team.
What You'll Bring :A minimum of 6+ years in product leadership, with significant expertise in GenAI or technology-driven product development.
Proficiency in evaluating complex data to make informed decisions and manage competing priorities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to align product strategies with business objectives and influence functional outcomes.
Deep understanding of risk assessment and compliance frameworks within technology and product environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
A track record of guiding teams and driving innovative projects in dynamic environments.
