This position is responsible providing advanced support of the product development teams, ensuring that customer and user needs are at the forefront of the agile development process. Additionally, this role focuses on defining and prioritizing product backlogs, detailing the product features based on the vision and strategy set by Product Management. - Customer Advocacy, User and Market Research Identifies business opportunities through direct engagement with clients, other external stakeholders, and market research.Applies user research results.
- Requirements Gathering and Backlog Refinement Develops user stories and acceptance criteria, to guide the development process.Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, internal teams, and partners.Translates requirements into clear and actionable product specifications and user stories.Develops and prioritizes functional and nonfunctional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements.Engages with internal stakeholders to gather additional business requirements.
