Department OverviewWith over 20 Billion rows of license plate and geospatial data, Digital Recognition Network () is a fast-growing License Plate Recognition Data company that is looking for a Product Manager to help execute on the backlog of commercial products. The company's image capture and analysis platform, which includes fixed and mobile license plate reader cameras driven by machine learning and artificial intelligence, provides vehicle location data to public safety and commercial customers. Acquired by Motorola Solutions in January 2019, this new product offering will expand the Motorola Solutions command center software portfolio with the largest shareable database of vehicle location information that can help shorten response times and improve the speed and accuracy of investigations.Job Description
This role will be responsible for balancing the needs of customers as well as internal sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service to guide the building of products that are aligned to customer needs. Candidates must be able to work closely with engineers, customers, customer service, and other groups to help gather requirements, manage small / medium sized projects, develop solutions, and complete the customer feedback loop. This position can be based in the Fort Worth office or remotely anywhere in the US.
Develop an end-to-end understanding of your product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, representing / reinforcing the customers' perspective throughout the product realization cycle.
Lead, collaborate with, and motivate cross-functional teams of user experience business analysts, developers, testers and others to develop, execute, and release services in alignment with major program / portfolio and / or product roadmaps.
Lead small to medium sized projects and products by providing strategic direction to projects and peers.
Partner with engineering, sales, product management, and technical services groups to facilitate, define and document relevant customer and business processes, gaining an understanding of the needs, measures, and risks & controls for the improvement area.
Work with the business process owners to develop product, project, and program level metrics to manage and track success, product adoption, and risks to operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
5+ years' work experience with Auto Finance or Automotive Service
3+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
3+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
3+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
3+ years of experience managing moderate to high complexity projects and programs
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
PMC Certified
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Project Management, Product Analyst or Product Owner experience.
OR 7+ years of Project Management, Product Analyst or Product Owner experience.
