What will you do?
- Voice of Customer- Identify customers' needs and market opportunities through both quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess the impact of a problem.
- Market Research- Conduct a thorough competitive analysis to determine areas of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats.
- Business Impact- Monitor & analyze business metrics to direct required change that sustains business health
