Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, IT Management, or related. 7+ years Agile / SAFe product management; 3+ years DoD program management. Experience managing cloud cost optimization and backlog prioritization. Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management metrics. Clearance : Secret. 8570 certification : Not applicable. Agile & SAFe program management Backlog grooming & sprint planning Cloud cost management / FinOps Stakeholder engagement & reporting Value stream management Location : Arlington, VA or WPAFB, OH Type of environment : Office Noise level : Low Work schedule : On-site Amount of Travel : Minimal travel required (5%) for quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning events, stakeholder engagement sessions, and government-led reviews. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Product Manager
TekSynap is seeking a Product Manager (Agile leader) who manages backlogs, prioritizes government requirements, and ensures cloud services deliver value aligned to F-35 program goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage agile backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritization with GPO.
- Oversee cloud cost management and DevSecOps tool adoption.
- Track program KPIs and ensure alignment to F-35 JPO objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration across multi-contractor DevSecOps teams.
