Job descriptionLeading product roadmap discussions and planning release cycles. Conducting user research and usability testing to refine product features. Managing cross-functional teams to meet deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Ensuring product design meets functional and aesthetic expectations. Creating clear documentation and reporting progress to stakeholders. Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree a plus. Product certifications (CPM, ACPMPO) are highly valued. Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools. Strong analytical, UX, and market research skills. Proven track record in manufacturing or similar product management roles. Proficient in AutoCAD. Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

- Build internal and external stakeholder alignment around product goals.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and pivot as needed.
- Partner with marketing and sales for successful launches and market penetration.
