The Annuity Product Manager role, within Wealth Management Solutions, will be responsible for the product management and growth of the annuity platform. Overall responsibilities will include carrier relationship management, product and concept knowledge, industry rules and regulations, projects and initiatives, operations, compensation maintenance, and advisor communications, education and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain carrier relationships

Provide insights and actionable recommendations to support advisor and client experience improvements

Assist in due diligence of carriers, products and concepts

Support firm in advisor recruitment efforts

Develop effective and relevant advisor education and training opportunities

Guide carrier and product onboarding process

Provide support for annuity sales desk

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years financial services experience

Active Series 7 or the ability to obtain within 120 days

Ability to influence and collaborate with or lead across the organization and at all levels to drive results

Analytical and complex problem-solving skills using data to identify trends and solve issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience managing and maintaining external vendor relationships

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of laws and regulations related to broker dealer responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
