Position
Digi International is looking for a Senior Hardware Product Manager for our Cellular Router Business. This person will be a critical team member, responsible for driving the success of our hardware products through effective management of processes, programs, and product lifecycle. This role demands a strategic thinker with a blend of creativity, conviction, and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams and ensure products meet market needs, align with company goals, and maintain our competitive edge.
What You Will Do
- Product Lifecycle Management :
Oversee the entire lifecycle of cellular router hardware products from concept to end-of-life.
Establish and refine product management processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches, updates, and other initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and opportunities for innovation.
Assist with competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and content generation.
Oversee demand planning to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
Play a pivotal role in establishing and refining the company's new manufacturing strategy.
Guide new products through the development and launch phases successfully.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related inquiries.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $130,500 - $204,000. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate's relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
