KPMG is looking for an Associate Director, Product Manager - Search Solutions to play a pivotal role in our Global Tech & Knowledge (GT&K) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement strategic product roadmaps focused on enterprise search initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver effective search solutions.
- Oversee governance, product management, and ongoing improvement efforts for search-related products with autonomy.
- Facilitate upgrades to search products, ensuring seamless technical integrations with other KPMG digital platforms.
- Engage with the internal search community to promote best practices, enhance user adoption, and drive continuous improvements.
- Contribute to agile initiatives within the One Intranet team, maintaining ownership of the product backlog while ensuring timely delivery of search-related projects.
- Uphold KPMG's commitment to integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility in fostering a respectful work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven years of experience in a large enterprise with a proven track record in product/service design and delivery, especially in search services.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and M365 services within a large enterprise context.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English complemented by collaboration, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
