Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay Siliconix is currently seeking applicants for a Director Product Marketing.

As Director of Product Marketing you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the MOSFET Business Unit. You will be responsible for creating technology and product roadmaps aligned to the needs of key customers and in close collaboration with R&D and Product Engineering. You will provide tools knowhow and selling strategies to Vishay colleagues in the field and as a team grow revenue and market share in line with profitability goals.

What you will be doing :

• Possess and maintain an in-depth understanding of the current requirements and future direction for Power MOSFETs in automotive applications
• Own and manage the Automotive MOSFET product and technology roadmaps
• Achieve new product development and release goals by leading the device definition and business justification activities
• Provide key inputs to R&D to define the technical requirements of the next generations of MOSFET silicon and packaging technologies
• Develop compelling product promotion and launch collateral
• Inspire and continuously enable Sales through product training and end-customer support.
• Oversee product pricing strategies and approvals and provide inputs to sales for annual price negotiations
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure strategies and tactics are well aligned with and prioritized to evolving business and market conditions
