Job Description
You'll provide industry knowledge in Human Resource systems and Software as a Service (SaaS) : Core HR, Talent Acquisition (Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management), Talent Management (Performance, Succession, Career Development, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Total Rewards, and associated data analytics and reporting solutions to ensure HR and Talent Acquisition IT investments have a business relevance. You'll work closely with internal business units, technology delivery teams, and third-party vendors to ensure delivery with high quality and within budget. You will manage third-party vendors and contracts. Additionally, you'll be the expert and provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
You'll translate product requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to be included in delivery roadmap. You will lead waterfall projects as the Technology Lead, ensuring completion of all technology artifacts, operational readiness, and transition to support, making technical decisions, managing technology risks and inter-dependencies, allocating resources.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Business Owners to understand the market demands, priorities, and overall product strategy
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Work with engineering and vendor teams to deliver timely, quality releases that provide high business value and exceed customer expectations
- Create detailed specifications / requirements for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development team
- Write user stories and establish acceptance criteria in collaboration with the team
- Manage dependencies in and across sprints and releases
- Work with the Agile team to manage and prioritize the backlog to ensure alignment with changing business needs
- Partner with project managers on project budgets, scope, timelines, and project execution
- Act as a product champion within the company
- Manage third-party vendors and contracts

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $85,000 - 100,000.
