Responsibilities :
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workday modules (such as Workday HCM, Payroll, Talent, etc.).
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and value delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define clear product goals and deliverables.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday-related features.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure that Workday product enhancements meet the business needs and drive efficiency improvements.
- Build strong relationships with business units, including HR, Finance, and IT, to identify needs and align product features accordingly.
- Regularly communicate product status, timelines, and updates to key stakeholders
- Oversee the configuration of Workday features, modules, and integrations based on the business requirements.
- Ensure proper testing, validation, and deployment of new features or updates in the Workday system.
- Work closely with technical teams and Workday consultants to ensure seamless integrations with other business systems.
- Lead agile product development sprints, ensuring that teams are focused on high-priority features and user stories.
- Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular sprint reviews and retrospectives with development teams to ensure continuous improvement.
