Now Hiring : Program Manager (Risk Management, Product Management, Data Analysis) | Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid)
Location : Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Duration : 12+ months contract (High potential for extension / conversion)
Position Type : Contract
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in Risk Management, Product Management, and Data Analysis to join our team. This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between product strategy and development while ensuring risk and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as a Product Owner within a Scrum team, providing clarity on product vision and goals
Drive business innovation by leveraging management information and data analytics
Manage the strategic product development roadmap and oversee product enhancements
Lead program development, launches, and marketing strategies to maximize impact
Ensure compliance with regulations and policies , safeguarding the firm's reputation
Identify, manage, and escalate risk-related issues , ensuring transparency and accountability
Required Skillset :
Risk Management & Compliance - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance
Product Management - Experience driving product strategy, enhancements, and roadmaps
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence - Ability to leverage analytics to drive strategic decisions
Program Management - Expertise in launching, marketing, and overseeing program execution
Agile / Scrum Experience - Proven track record as a Product Owner within Agile teams
Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
