Job Title : Product Owner - Mid-Level

Contract Duration : 12 Months

Pay range : $62.04 - 69.34 / hr

Location : Framingham, MA

Work Type : 100% Remote

Job Requirements :

• The Product Owner has the experience in defining / prioritizing a team backlog of user stories including acceptance criteria.
• Experience of analyzing cross-functional business process and defining integrated user stories using industry standard techniques
• Ability of managing dependencies and shifting priorities in and across sprints / PIs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences
• Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations
• Experience of working as part of an Agile Release Train and participating in ART and Scrum Team Ceremonies
• Good knowledge of business analysis, project management, and product management concepts desired, along with an understanding of how enterprise software products are positioned and developed.
• Ability to co-ordinate work with Product Management Manager, other Product Owners, and Scrum Master
• Experience of providing guidance to less experienced POs / Client.
• Experience in an agile delivery framework
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset / training / experience
• Good understanding of agile methodology, techniques, frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban; all required) and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence; both required)
